Hi there! My name is Brittany Scott and I am the new “Winter Children’s Ministry Intern”. I graduated from SPU in June with an Education Ministry degree and I have been attending Bethany for three years. At Bethany I have been a Childcare Supervisor and Godly Play leader, and in 2006 I went on the Civil Rights Tour with a small group from the church.

Outside of the church, I have worked at the Ballard Boys and Girls Club and have been a Young Life leader with junior high kids in West Seattle. I have already had the joy of meeting many of your kids in childcare and in my Godly Play class and I really look forward to meeting those who I do not yet know.

My prayer for this three-month internship is that God will use me to love and support the kids and families of Bethany and use the relationships that I develop to teach me about God’s desire for the Church Body.
