What participants will learn:

Participants will learn a 7 step process to help them have tough conversations on controversial topics with family members and friends in ways that preserve or enhance personal relationships. They will also learn 6 skills to help them resolve conflict at home and at work.  Participants will feel equipped with confidence to risk participating constructively in difficult conversations and to see conflict as opportunity to foster mutual understanding and resolution. The process and the skills are based on scripture.

 

Presenter Bio

Rich Fisher, J.D. is a mediator, organizational consultant, and attorney.  He is the Managing Partner of the consulting firms Conflict to Partnership and Win Win Resolution.  Rich has more than 20 years’ experience providing conflict resolution, organizational partnering, and team building services to businesses and government agencies.
