The mission of Urban Impact is to strengthen families and raise servant leaders by building life-changing relationships that encourage good health, quality education, economic opportunity, and a Christ- centered faith. Urban Impact has been a consistent presence in the Rainier Valley community for over 20 years, first as Emerald City Outreach Ministries and, since 2005, as Urban Impact. We are honored to have the opportunity to love and serve our community and share the life-changing love of Christ.

Prayer requests:

• Pray for the growth and safety of the youth of our community.

• Pray our housing development, Impact Family Village, which will have 63 affordable housing units and 6,000 square feet of commercial space on the main level; this endeavor is scheduled to break ground later this year, yet there are many more steps to take. Pray for continued favor with government agencies and everyone involved with making this happen.

• Pray for the health and energy of our staff, that we'll continue to be strengthened by God's love.
