Advent at Bethany
Welcome to Bethany! Please join us for one or all of our Advent events this season. There is something here for everyone, so grab a friend and join us. In addition, we hope to see you Sunday morning at 9am in the Sanctuary and online, or at 10:45 in the Sanctuary. See you soon! Merry Christmas!
- OPEN SANCTUARY | 12/4, 12/11, 12/18 | 3:30 -5pm | Sanctuary | Bethany is open for anyone seeking a respite for prayer or reflection. There will be candles and live soft music.
- WELCOMING CHRISTMAS | 12/6 | 4pm - 7pm | Free Community Event! Christmas Crafts, Winter Treats, Christmas Choral Concert (concert starts at 6:15) Everyone is welcome to share the Christmas Spirit!
- A CHARLIE BROWN CHRISTMAS FOR ADULTS | 9am | Bethany Parlor | A nostalgic reflection on commercialism, simplicity, and hope in the Christmas season.
- ADVENT RECEPTION | 12/14 | 10:15am & 12pm | Fellowship Hall | A celebration that features sweet and savory treats of the season!
- THE LONGEST NIGHT SERVICE: Longing for Hope in the Darkness | 12/21 | 5pm | Bethany Sanctuary |This season can be a difficult time of year for many people. Whatever it is that you are holding, you are invited to come to this service and lay these things before the Lord. This will be a service of scripture, music, poetry, candlelight, and prayer.
