Laughter Yoga

Did you know that laughter has been proven to improve your health....and that your body can't tell the difference between real and contrived laughter? Come try out "Laughter Yoga," a combination of laughter and breathing exercises, with our very own Dr. Iris Escobar, a certified instructor. Open to anyone 12 and older, and accessible for ANY abilities. Bring a towel or mat, and wear comfy clothes. Come on...TRY it!
